A sound bath it’s a meditative experience where those in attendance are bathed in sound waves.The practise of healing bodies through sound is technically thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures across the world.We can use rhythm and frequency to entrain our brainwaves, allowing us to move from our ordinary beta state (regular waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed awareness), theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).
It an experience where you become more relaxed by laying down and slowing your breath. You participate in this state of silence by becoming more open and aware of each sound that enters.
Voice, crystal singing bowls, gong, drumming, and other instruments are among the tools I use.I believe that vocal toning is a very effective technique that allows us to fine-tune our most powerful vibrational instrument: our own bodies. I encourage you to integrate basic but effective breathing exercises and vocal toning exercises into your routine.
It is vital to highlight that awareness plays a significant role and it is a self-healing process that is supported by the facilitator.
