I blend my training in Transformational Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural and Positive Psychology to deliver an approach that combines performance-based coaching with transformational coaching.
I utilize various modalities such as guided meditation, sound meditation, visualisation, body work and mindfulness to connect you to your instinct, and intuition that will allow you to clear, grow, discover, and live your truth.
I will ask questions that get you to the roots of your beliefs and aspirations, and we will look out for any hindrances you may have.
We will go into practical aspects and deeper feelings as they come up. This can be a very powerful experience. We will embark on a journey together to help you to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
We will discover and develop your most important beliefs and life passions, and draw out your deepest dream. This will help you to achieve your goals, improve leadership and performance and help you to be more responsive to change.
Our sessions are a dedicated thinking space for you to find your own answers. And you will find the answers to unblock your path and step into your flow state. You will gain immense clarity. You will be able to turn your passion into action, your pain into purpose. And you will be able to create an authentic way of living, thinking and being the most powerful version of yourself.
But the coaching process is also what happens outside of the sessions.
My role is also to hold you accountable to move forward. For the best possible results, you will be ready to act and work on the goals we set each time.
