Design a life that you are inspired to live.
Welcome to The Art of Introspection. Thank you for taking the time and reading this. My love of this work comes from my passion to live a life authentic and connected. When we experience life fully connected with ourself, we are in touch with what is going on in this moment which allows us to tune in to our own emotional, spiritual, and physical needs, and honour them in our daily actions.
I believe we all have gifts and talents that can make a lasting impact not only on our own lives but an impact on the world we are living in. Unfortunately, only a minority of people utilize those gifts and talents to live up to their full potential. Bringing together your gifts and talents with your personal purpose leads to a significant life. And I am passionate about seeing humans living authentically, and creating /producing work from their most expansive selves.
Two years ago I was diagnosed with cancer after a short while my dad had a brain haemorrhage and he almost lost his life. It was a shock in my system, I was confused and afraid. My awareness exploded after undergoing intense dark nights of the soul, and my life changed beyond understanding.I opened up my heart and asked myself “What is the inner experience that is desiring to happen in me?” and I found myself at the beginning of an extraordinary journey of transformation.
It led me to look into unexplored and untapped realms of my existence. For the first time, feeling everything on a much deeper level, coming out of denial, led me on a journey of acceptance, forgiveness to myself which combined with loving myself, because If I didn’t, I knew I wouldn’t make it out alive. When I realised I wasn’t living a life that was aligned with who I am, I knew what was happening was an opportunity for me. Letting go of everything that I thought I needed to be and connecting to what was already there with love and compassion was life-changing.
I know that the clock never stops. We are just here for a short while and cannot change that. What remains is what we have NOW in front of us. I invite you to take a pause and listen to your breath for a few seconds. When we truly come into the body, the shifts on the inner are magnified.
